Eng. Stariko Nyamori is the Executive Director, Strategy & Corporate Development at Destiny Aerospace Industries Ltd (DAIL), with over 15 years of experience in electricity generation, transmission, distribution, system operations and utility infrastructure development.

He is a senior utility infrastructure and power systems specialist with extensive experience in transmission and distribution planning, grid operations, protection systems, commissioning, renewable energy integration and utility-scale power system studies.

At DAIL, Eng. Nyamori provides leadership in corporate strategy, strategic partnerships, business development and technology commercialisation, helping position the company's engineering, aerospace, autonomous systems and emerging technologies for practical infrastructure and commercial applications.

He has advanced expertise in power system modelling, simulation and grid integration (PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, PSS®SINCAL, PSCAD, ETAP, NEPLAN, MATLAB/Simulink) and GIS/engineering automation (ArcGIS, QGIS, Python, VBA). Joshua has practical experience in aircraft design and construction, mechanical design and prototyping, structural analysis and engineering manufacturing. He undertook professional internships with Aerovolga in Samara, Russia, participating in the design and structural analysis of aircraft, Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and wing structure optimisation, composite and aluminium amphibian airframes, CNC programming/manufacturing and turbine-engine maintenance.
